In Human Design there are 5 energy types:

Manifestor (9% of population)

Pure Generator (37% of population)

Manifesting Generator (33% of population)

Projector (20% of population)

Reflector (1% of population)

How rare or common your type is has nothing to do with your intrinsic, infinite worth. Your type just shows you how your energy functions in the world.

The following are general descriptions. Whatever your type, EVERYONE has the ability to be a source of inspiration and creativity. Knowing your type teaches you HOW to do this in alignment with your design.

Manifestors are here to initiate and get things started. They have an internal, nonverbal creative flow.

Pure Generators are here to create and build the world, transform inspiration into form and achieve mastery over time.

Manifesting Generators are also here to create and build, but through being involved in many things at once and discovering the best shortcuts.

Projectors aren’t here to work in the conventional sense! They are here to guide and direct others, holding space and cleansing the energy of the world.

Reflectors are also not here to work, but to be a source of wisdom to the world by acting a mirror for the human condition and our hidden potential.

I’m a Manifesting Generator. Since learning my type, I’ve been able to embrace my “all-over-the-place-ness” and come to see it as a strength rather than berating myself for not finishing every project I start.

I’m designed to be this way, to be multi-passionate and have my finger in a multitude of pies!

Through being open to my creative life-force and responding to what lights me up, I’m learning to trust that I’ll have the sticking power to follow through with the projects that truly matter to me, and be able to let go of the ones that weren’t meant to be.
